Unlike traditional sales agents, we operate as an independent consultancy. Simon brings over 35 years of hands-on experience across the plastics and packaging industry, spanning capital equipment sales, mould tooling, process optimisation and high-volume production environments. Originally trained as a mould toolmaker, he combines practical, shop-floor understanding with senior commercial experience gained across UK and international markets.
